摘要
依据弧面凸轮分度机构的啮合原理和磁性研磨技术的特点,通过对弧面分度凸轮机构中的从动盘进行改装设计成加工刀具,实现对弧面凸轮工作廓面的磁性磨削加工。同时,提出了用于弧面凸轮工作廓面磨削加工的磁性研磨机床的设计方法。为弧面凸轮工作廓面的磨削加工开辟了新的途径。
Based on the gear principle' s indexing mechanism of the roller gear cam and the characteristics of magnetic abrasive technology, through modifications design of the driven plate in the indexing mechanism of roller gear cam, which realized magnetic grinding for work profile of the roller gear cam. Meanwhile, the design method of magnetic finishing machine for grinding work profile of the roller gear cam was proposed. Thus open a new path for working profile grinding processing of the roller gear cam.
