摘要
介绍了圆柱分度凸轮的工作原理,并以容量为24把刀的圆盘型刀库的凸轮设计为例,详细论述了圆柱凸轮的设计过程。基于Pro/Engineer wildfire2.0对凸轮进行3D建模,然后基于该凸轮设计出了新型实用刀库。
In this paper, the work concept of cylindrical index cam is firstly introduced, and the cam design process is listed in detail as the example of the design of discal tool magazine whose capacity has 24 tools. Secondly the cam＇s 3D modeling is finished based on Pro/E; and finally the cam is applied to the discal tool magazine which is proved to be new and available.
