摘要
应用微波萃取装置对新鲜沙棘叶中的有效成分黄酮类化合物进行了微波萃取研究。用单因素和正交试验相结合的方法,讨论了溶剂浓度、微波功率、微波时间和料液比等对提取率的影响。在萃取剂为50%(体积分数)乙醇、微波功率为550 W、微波时间为5 min及料液比(g:mL)为1:40的条件下提取效果最佳,与索氏提取法相比,该方法具有提取速度快、提取率高及溶剂用量少等优点。
The flavonoids were extracted from fresh sea buckthorn leaves using microwave - assisted extraction. The effects of the solvent concentration, radiation time, microwave power and solid - liquid ratio on efficiency of extraction were investigated through single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as followed: ethanol solution (volume ratio) 50%, microwave power 550 W, radiation time 5 min and solid -liquid ratio 1: 40, Compared with Soxhlet extraction, the method has some advantages such as saving time, less solvent consumption and high yield extraction.
