摘要
顶层设计是连接规划和实施的桥梁,本文以广西为例,运用顶层设计的原理和方法,结合实际需求,对省级国土资源信息化总体框架建设进行了探讨,提出了"123478"的设计模式,即"一张图,二级数据中心,三级网络,四个统一,七大应用,八项措施"。
Top - level design plays an important role in connecting the planning and execution. This article, taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example, discussed the whole frame construction of the provincial level informatization of land and resources on the basis of the principle and methods of the top- level design and the practical need,and put forward a design mode as 123478, which means one piece of Map, Two -tier of Data Center, three -tier of Network, four types of integration, seven Applications, and eight Measurements.
