摘要
发展土地整治智能化技术、装备是提升土地整治服务业自动化和信息化能力的客观要求。研究分析了国家及部分省市土地整治管理信息化的现状,及其在辅助决策分析、土地修复、信息孤岛等方面的不足。从建筑工人老龄化和工程智能化的发展趋势,论述了土地整治工程智能化的必要性,并以上海为例介绍了已应用的技术与装备及其先进性。建议:上海进一步研发土地整治在大数据与互联网+、调查评价、自动化施工、工程集成、智能化平台等方面的装备与技术,并加强技术推广。
The development of intelligent technology and equipment for land consolidation is an objective requirement to improve the automation and information ability of China's land consolidation service industry.The status quo of land consolidation and management information technology in some provinces and municipalities was analyzed,as well as its shortcomings in decision-making analysis,land rehabilitation,information islands,etc.Because of the development trend of construction workers and engineers aging out,with consequent loss of their knowhow,there is a growing necessity to maintain and develop intelligence in land consolidation projects.Shanghai is an example because of the advanced nature of its technology and equipment.The authors’suggestion is that Shanghai provides a scientific guide for the equipment and technology of land consolidation in its use of big data and Internet Plus,survey and evaluation,construction engineering,automation integration,intelligent platforms,and other aspects.
