摘要
光动力学疗法(PDT)是一种正在发展中的激光医学技术,它在治疗人体的局部病变,特别是肿瘤方面,有着较为理想的效果。而在光动力治疗的同时,光纤头产生的热量又会对病变组织形成热疗的效果。研究了光纤头放置的位置对热疗辅助效果的影响,并给出了定量计算。
The photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a kind of developing laser medical technology, and there are comparatively ideal results in treating some pathological change of the human body, especially in treating the tumour. At the same time, the heat made by light fibre will have a effect of heat treatment to pathological tissue. The paper has studied the infection of temperature distribution made by the place and amount of light fibre and has done the relevant quantitative calculation to sphaeroid tumor organization.
