摘要
从分析我国非再生能源财税政策存在问题的现状入手,对现存问题的原因分析和国际先进经验进行了介绍,最后结合我国非再生能源财税政策目标,从政策目标、政策手段和政策功能三方面,构建了我国可持续非再生能源发展财政政策体系。
Starting with the status quo of China＇s non-renewable energy fiscal and taxation policy problems, the papers first analysis the cause of the problem and the international advanced experience, on the eyes of the goals of.fiscal and taxation policy of China＇s non-renewable energy. Last, from policy objectives, policy instruments and policy functions, it discuss the ways how to build the fiscal and taxation policy system of China＇s non-renewable energy for sustainable development.
