摘要
目的总结苄星青霉素迟发过敏反应的护理体会。方法应用规范的方法对2例梅毒患者实施苄星青霉素治疗。结果患者在治疗1-2h后发生苄星青霉素迟发过敏反应,经过医护人员的抢救,患者均转危为安。结论应用苄星青霉素要高度警惕,不能误认为多次应用无过敏就掉以轻心,麻痹大意,应随时做好抢救的准备工作。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience in caring patients with delayed allergic response to benzathine penicillin. Method Two patients with syphilis were treated by benzathine penicillin with standard means. Results Delayed allergic response to benzathine penicillin occurred 1 - 2 hours after administration. Doctors and nurse salvaged patients. Conclusions We should keep vigilance when using benzathine penicillin. No casual attitudes should be adopted due to delayed allergic response. Doctors and nurse should stand by to rescue.
