摘要
目的探讨不同注射方案对苄星青霉素臀大肌肌内注射疼痛的影响。方法回顾分析2018年2月—2019年11月到本院门诊注射室进行苄星青霉素臀大肌肌内注射患者,共140例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各70例,对照组施以常规肌内注射护理方式,试验组施以优化肌内注射护理方式,对患者的疼痛级别情况、一次性注射成功率、红肿渗液发生率及临床护理满意度情况进行观察。结果试验组的疼痛级别明显较低,并且一次性注射成功率与临床护理满意度明显较高,红肿渗液发生率明显较低,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论与常规肌内注射护理方式相比,优化肌内注射护理方式能够有效的缓解苄星青霉素臀大肌肌内注射疼痛症状,具有积极影响。
Objective To explore the effects of different injection schemes on the pain of intramuscular injection of benzathine penicillin in the gluteus maximus muscle.Methods A retrospective analysis of 140 patients who went to our hospital's outpatient injection room for intramuscular injection of benzathine penicillin into the gluteus maximus muscle from February 2018 to November 2019.A total of 140 patients were divided into the control group and the test group by a random number table.In each of 70 cases,the control group was given conventional intramuscular injection nursing,and the experimental group was given optimized intramuscular injection nursing.The patient’s pain level,one-time injection success rate,redness and swelling exudate incidence,and clinical nursing satisfaction were all observed. Results The painlevel of the experimental group was significantly lower, and theone-time injection success rate and clinical nursing satisfactionwere significantly higher, and the incidence of redness andexudation was significantly lower, which was significantlydifferent from the control group (P < 0.05). ConclusionCompared with conventional intramuscular injection nursingmethods, optimized intramuscular injection nursing methodscan effectively relieve the pain symptoms of intramuscularinjection of benzathine penicillin in the gluteus maximusmuscle and have a positive impact.
