摘要
基于目前多种工艺过程描述方法的优缺点,针对可重组制造系统中制造资源的动态变化,提出了一种适于动态制造环境的工艺过程描述方法。给出了工艺过程状态的数学分析以及相关的表达方式,通过分析状态矩阵、位置矩阵以及控制向量之间的关系,利用取状态码函数确定各工序的状态值,准确描述了工艺过程的状态信息。根据零件各个特征的加工状态,通过重用相应的工艺信息,实现了工艺过程的重排,满足了实际生产中对工艺过程状态信息的完整描述的要求。
A description method of process planning suitable to dynamic manufacturing circumstance was put forward after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various description methods of process planning. The mathematical analyses and expression mode of process planning state were presented. According to analyzing relation of state matrix, location matrix and control vector, state information of process planning was described truly using get-state-code function to receive state value on every working procedure. Based on machining state of every characteristic, process planning re-collocation was realized by reusing relevant process information, and met to full description of process planning state information in actual manufacture.
