摘要
集成化CAPP在CIMS领域中日益显示出其重要性,但传统的CAPP系统缺乏对工艺设计过程所需制造资源的形式化描述,从而影响了CAPP技术的集成性、智能性和通用性,难以适应制造环境的多样性和时变性。本文在分析了工艺决策过程的基础上,提出了制造资源的描述机制,从而有效地实现了资源与CAPP的集成。
Integrated CAPP plays an increasingly important role in the field of CIMS. Traditionally, CAPP sys tems lacked of formalized description of manufacturing resources, which affects the integration, intelligence and practicality of CAPP stslems, so it is difficulty for them to be adapt to the varieties and changes with time. Through analysis to the course of process decision, this put forward the description mechanism of manufacturing resources, which realizes the integration of CAPP and manufacturing resources.
