摘要
探索了磺胺甲基嘧啶(SM1)免疫抗原合成的有效途径,采用重氮偶合法和戊二醛法分别合成SM1免疫抗原,并对其光谱特征和SM1-BSA的结合比进行了比较。结果表明,在合成磺胺甲基嘧啶免疫抗原中采用重氮偶合法比戊二醛法的效果要好。
In order to explore an effective way of synthesizing the sulfamerazine (SM1) immunizing antigen, the two SM1 im- munizing antigens were synthesized with the method of diazotization and coupling or glutaraldehyde. And the two SM1 immunizing antigens were compared in the spectrum characteristic,and SM1-BSA (bovine serum albumin) combination ratio. The results showed that in synthesizing SM1-BSA the method of diazotization and coupling was better than that of the glutaraldehyde.
