摘要
茂名石化工业区一区北片火炬气管道的温度上限较高,支撑管道的管架高度在13.2m到15.5m之间,且茂名地区多台风。笔者运用CAESARII对管道的应力和管架的水平荷载、风荷载进行计算、设计优化。设计优化前,部分止推管架的水平荷载过大。设计优化后,止推管架的水平荷载降低至合理水平,使其外形合理美观,并降低了工程投资,取得了很好的效果。
The temperature ceiling of the flare gas pipeline at Northern Part of Maoming Petrochemical Industrial Zone No.l Area is higher, the height of pipe supports is between 13.2-15.5 m, and typhoon is frequent in Maoming area. The author used CAESAR Ⅱ in the calculation and design optimization of piping stress, horizontal load and wind load of pipe supports. Before the design optimization, the horizontal load of some double-acting limit stops is too large. After the design optimization, the horizontal load of double-acting limit stops was reduced to a reasonable level, making its shape reasonable and beautiful, project investment was lowered, and achieved very good effects.
