Determination of the Methanoic Acid, Ethanoic Acid and Propanoic Acid in Bio-diesels via Ion Chromatography

摘要 文章建立了用离子色谱法测定生物柴油中的甲酸、乙酸、丙酸的方法。在Metrosep Organic Acids 250有机酸柱;0.5mmol/LH2SO4流动相;20μL进样体积;0.5mL/min流速和25mmol/LLiCl抑制液的实验条件下,甲酸和乙酸的工作曲线范围均为1.0~10.0mg/L、丙酸的工作曲线范围为0.05~0.50mg/L,其相关系数分别为1.00000、0.99999、0.99981,回收率分别为98.5%、99.4%、99.0%。该方法简单易行,结果准确;精度高、灵敏度高、回收率好。 The paper introduced the method of determining the methanoic acid, ethanoic acid and propanoic acid in bio-diesels via ion chromatography. Under the conditions in which metrosep organic acids 250 was used with 0.5 mmol/L of H2SO4 in mobile phase, volume of 20μL, speed of 0.5 mL/min and 25 mmol/L LiCl inhibitor, the calibration curves of both methanoic acid and ethanoic acid were 1.0-10.0 mg/L while the calibration curve of propanoic acid was 0.05-0.50 mg/L. The correlation coefficients were 1.00000, 0.99999 and 0.99981, respectively. The recovery rates were 98.5 %, 99.4 % and 99.0 %, respectively. The method was easy to operate, with high accuracy, high sensitivity and fine recovery rate.
