氨基磺酸亚锡的合成工艺研究

摘要 氨基磺酸亚锡是一种新型的电镀材料。文章介绍了氨基磺酸亚锡的合成原理和实验步骤。以硫酸亚锡作为原料合成氨基磺酸亚锡,加入对苯二酚作为抗氧化剂,防止二价锡被氧化,研究了氨基磺酸、对苯二酚加入量对合成氨基磺酸亚锡质量的影响,分析了产品成分。结果表明,合成工艺合成路线简单,产品纯度高,产品水溶液清澈透明,稳定性好。 Stannous sulfamate is a new type of electroplating material. The synthetic principle and preparation process of stannous sulfamate were introduced in the paper. The experiment conditions that influenced the quality of stannous sulfamate were studied. Stannous sulfate, as a raw material, and hydroquinone, as antioxidant to prevent the oxidation of Sn^2+, were added. The product composition was also analyzed. The results showed that the synthetic route was simple and the product had a high purity. The solution of stannous sulfamate was clear and stable.
