摘要
为研究白血病缓解期患儿的心理状况和行为特点，本文运用中国标准化的Ａｃｈｅｎｂａｃｈ儿童行为量表对４３例６～１１岁缓解半年至３年的患儿进行问卷调查。结果表明，男孩除活动能力和社交情况，试验组与对照组无显著差异，学校情况和行为问题中的９个因子两组间均有显著性差异，主要表现为攻击、强迫和分裂样。女孩除性问题和违纪两因子外，其余各项试验组与对照组均有显著性差异，主要表现为社交退缩、抑郁和攻击行为。而这些表现中休学者比复学者问题突出，提示休学是造成行为问题的主要原因之一。而与美国正常值范围比较，除女孩试验组学校情况和社交退缩平均分超过正常值外，其余各项仍处于正常值范围之内。这说明只要根据患儿的具体身体状况加强心理调适、及早复学、与外界接触。
To study the psychological and behavior features of children during leukemia remission stage,modified Achenbach Child Behavior Questionnaire was applied for investigation of 43 children during half to 3 years' remission.The results from boys showed significant differences on the 9 factors of schooling and behavior between experimental and control group, but no differences on activity ability and social communication.While in girls,except sex problem and obeying laws,there are significant differences in other item between experimental and control group.The main problems are social recession,depression and attacking,and even more obvious in school leave than in reentry.It is suggested that leaving school is responsible for most of the behavior problems.Compared with normal values of data from the USA,only the average values of schooling and social recession are out of normal range.We concluded that psychiatric enhancing,entry school as early as possible and open communication would facilitate leukemia children go back normal society life.
