摘要
贯彻以人为本的服务理念,加强医疗风险防范细节管理,是减少医疗纠纷和保障医疗安全的"上游"。作者结合多年工作经验,参考国内外医疗风险管理理论与做法,从加强职业岗位培训、提升风险管理能力;重视细节管理、有效减少医疗纠纷;总结成败经验、不断完善管理制度等方面,对加强医疗纠纷防范,有效规避医疗风险进行了探讨。
Combined with the many years of working experience, refer to domestic and foreign health care risk management theory and practice, from the posts to strengthen vocational training, to enhance risk management capabilities; attention to the details of management, are effective in reducing the medical dispute; the success or failure of the Aggregate experience and repair management system, to strengthen medical dispute prevention and effective to avoid medical risks are discussed.
