替米沙坦联用卡维地络治疗舒张性心衰的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨替米沙坦联用卡维地络对左室舒张功能不全的治疗价值。方法34例左室舒张功能不全患者作为观察组给予替米沙坦与卡维地络口服;38例作为对照组口服钙拮抗剂,分别于治疗前治疗后6个月记录舒张早期峰值血流速度(EV)、舒张晚期峰值血流速度(AV)、E/A、E峰减速时间(EDT)、等容舒张时间(IRT)。结果观察组的左室舒张功能较对照组改善明显(P<0.05~0.01)。结论替米沙坦与卡维地络联用能有效改善患者左室舒张功能。 Objective To explore the therapeutic value of carvedilo and trmisartan in left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDD). Methods A total of 34 patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction ( LVDD ) were treated with carvedilo and trmisartan( observation group) ;38 LVDD patients were treated with calcium antagonist( control group). The blood pressure ,E velocity ,A velocity ,E/A ,E deceleration time(EDT) ,and isovolumetric relaxation time(IRT) were recorded before therapy and after six months. Results The left ventricular function in observation group ameliorated more than the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Treatment with carvedilo and telmisartan can effectively improve the left ventricular diastolic function.
