摘要
以现有的LCD生产设备及LCD光电参数测试仪器为基础,研究了PI取向层固化温度和摩擦强度对SiTi涂层LCD单元显示效果及光电参数的影响,得到对LCD生产过程控制具有指导意义的研究结论。
In this paper, the effect of PI curing temperature and rubbing intensity on the STN type LCD cell with TOP coating inside has been investigated using our LCD manufacture equipment and the optical-electrical parameter measuring instrument. The conclusion of this study can be used as the suggestion for the control of LCD manufacture process.
