摘要
分析了军队医院绩效管理存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了实施的对策,指出应开发与军队医院管理水平相适应的管理软件,作为军卫系统的必要补充,适时加强科室与医务人员的绩效反馈,构建合理有效的绩效评价体系,合理实施护理人员和辅助诊疗科室的绩效考评。
The problems on military hospital performance management were analyzed and measures were presented. Management information system software fitting for military hospital management capacity should be researched and developed as a supplement for Military Health Information System. The performance feedback between hospital department and its staff should be strengthened and a rational and effective performance evaluation system should be established. Performance evaluation for nursing staff and medical auxiliary staff should be rationally designed and implemented.
