摘要
某红外电子部件是某红外跟踪系统的关键部件。为了提高该部件的测试精度和效率,设计了一种基于PXI的红外电子部件自动测试系统。该自动测试系统采用虚拟仪器技术,硬件平台基于PXI工控机系统,软件系统以Labview为开发平台,通过设计外围接口电路、优化软件流程,最终满足了该红外电子部件自动测试的需求。实践表明,该自动测试系统的测试精度和效率都优于传统手动测试模式,能够明显提高生产效率。
The infrared electronic unit plays a key part in a infrared tracking system. In order to improve the test precision and efficiency of this electronic unit, a automatic test system is designed based on PXI. The virtual instrument technology is employed in this system, the hardware is designed based on PXI system and the software is developed based on Labview. By designing the interface electrocircuit and optimizing the software flow, the system meets the automated test requirements. Experiments show that test precision and efficiency are more excelled than manual test, and the manufacture efficiency can be improved evidently.
