摘要
针对现有光电设备的伺服控制系统存在的集成度差、价格昂贵等问题,提出一种基于TMS320F2812芯片作为核心处理元件的伺服控制器的设计方法,以DSP为基础构建了伺服控制系统的硬件平台,采用数字化控制算法,实现了对选用直流力矩电机作为执行元件的光电经纬仪的伺服控制。经实际运行证明,该设计方案完全能实现光电经纬仪所要求的跟踪性能,满足高精度要求,可以替代基于PC-104工业总线的控制板卡构成的伺服控制系统。
Based on TMS320F2812, the electro-optical theodolite servo controlling system is designed, in which the DC torque motor is used. The digital control law is also proposed. In actual application, the result shows that it can satisfy high tracking performance and high precision, and can replace servo controlling system based on PC-104 board.
