摘要
目的了解深圳龙华地区有机溶剂使用企业作业场所空气中苯系物、己烷、三氯乙烯等有害物质含量,及时指导企业采取有效的防护措施,降低作业场所空气中有害物质浓度。方法于2006、2007年分别对202和302家有机溶剂使用企业作业场所在现场卫生学调查的基础上按规定要求布设监测点作短时间浓度采样,毛细管气相色谱法测定。结果合格率苯为97.5%~98.5%、甲苯为81.5%~85.8%、二甲苯为97.7%~98.7%、己烷为70.5%~83.5%、三氯乙烯为56.8%~70.2%。结论该地区苯系物、己烷、三氯乙烯等有机溶剂使用企业绝大多数作业场所短时间空气浓度符合国家标准,且2007年比2006年合格率有较大幅度地提高。
[Objective] To investigate the concentration of harmful substances such as benzene, hexane and trichloroethylene in workplace air of enterprises using organic solvents in Longhua Area of Shenzhen, and immediately guide them to take effective protective measures to reduce the concentration of harmful substances. [Methods] On the basis of the scene investigation of health, in accordance with the requirements, the organic solvents which existed for a short time were sampled and measured by capillary gas chromatography in 202 enterprises of 2006 and 302 enterprises of 2007. [ Results ] The qualified rate of benzene, Toluene, Xylene, Hexane and Trichloroethylene was 97.5% - 98.5%, 81.5% - 85.8%, 97.7% - 98.7%, 70.5% - 83.5%, and 56.8% - 70.2% respectively. [Conclusion] The concentrations of benzene, hexane, trichloroethylene and other organic solvents that exist for a short time in the air of most workplaces in this region meet the national standards. Moreover, there is a significant increase of qualified rate in 2007, compared with that in 2006.
