摘要
为了提高高校现代管理水平和促进高校发展,高校应从领导工作实绩、自身领导素质、领导决策能力、专业技术水平四个方面来构建高校中层干部绩效评价指标体系。在评价过程中要注意积极有效的沟通,要将评价结果与高校干部选拔与晋升结合起来,并做到评价活动的规范化和制度化。
In order to enhance the modern management level and promote the development of higher education institutions, the performance appraisal index system for assessing middle-level cadre can be developed from four perspectives: performance, leadership quality, decision-making capability and technical skills. Active and effective communication is needed for the assessment. The appraisal result and the cadre selection and promotion should be integrated. And the regulation and institutionalization of the assessment should also be featured.
