扁平钢箱梁横隔板非线性稳定分析 被引量:7

摘要 为研究施工阶段吊机集中荷载作用下斜拉桥扁平钢箱梁横隔板的稳定性,以主跨383 m的广州珠江黄埔大桥北汊独塔斜拉桥为背景,对扁平钢箱梁横隔板进行非线性稳定有限元分析及模型试验研究。运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立梁段有限元数值仿真模型,计算设计荷载作用下梁段应力分布,得到吊机荷载作用时横隔板的弹性屈曲系数为5.2。引入初弯曲缺陷并考虑几何和材料非线性,计算得到吊机荷载作用下扁平钢箱梁横隔板非线性稳定系数为2.2。采用1∶2.5缩尺比例,对扁平钢箱梁梁段进行模型试验研究,得到设计荷载作用下梁段测点应力及变形。通过梁段模型的极限承载力试验,得到吊机荷载作用时横隔板的非线性屈曲系数为1.6。研究结果表明,广州珠江黄埔大桥北汊斜拉桥扁平钢箱梁横隔板设计合理,吊装过程中其稳定性能满足设计要求。 In order to study the stability of the diaphragm plate of the flat steel box girder under the concentrated load of the crane during the construction of a cable-stayed bridge, nonlinear stability finite element analysis and model tests were carried out on the diaphragm plate of the flat steel box girder. The north branch single-tower cable-stayed bridge of Huangpu Bridge on the Pearl River in Guangzhou was taken as the research background. Using finite element ANSYS program, the finite element numerical simulation model of one segment of steel box girder was founded. The stress distribution of the girder segment under the action of the design load was calculated and the elastic buckling coefficient of the diaphragm plate under the action of crane load was 5.2. Considering the initial bending defect, geometrical and material nonlinearity, the nonlinear stability coefficient of diaphragm plate of the flat steel box girder was 2.2 under the action of crane load. With the reduced scale of 1:2.5, model test was carried out on the girder segment of the flat steel box girder. The stress and deformation of the tested point of the girder segment were obtained under the action of the design load. Based on the ultimate bearing capability test of the girder segment model, the nonlinear buckling coefficient of the diaphragm plate was 1.6 under the action of crane load. Analysis and test results show that the design is reasonable for the diaphragm plate of the flat steel box girder of the north branch single-tower cable-stayed bridge of Huangpu Bridge on the Pearl River in Guangzhou, and the stability performance can meet the design requirements during hoisting process.
