Regarding the recreation region occuring between village residents and village park ( or peasant park) as a mini tourism-system, the data of visits, service radius and natures of 39 rural parks from 18 typical villages in Zhejiang Province, were gained both by household questionnaire survey and park site investigating, and their correlation were analyzed. It was indicated that the visits and service radius were mainly determined by 8 factors, i. e. distance from a park to a traditional meeting site, population within the 50,300 and 1 000 meter around a park, park area, capital input for park building or maintenance and total amount of park in a village, which were the key factors and should be focused on when planning a village park system. Several statistical models of visits and service radius were established for the prediction and estimation of recreationl service function. The service efficiency were also discussed based on the analysis of land and capital input-output. The result suggested that a park, whose area less than 2 000 mE and building cost less than 25 thousands yuan, has higher service efficiency ; a village, whose park area fell into 3--10 m2 per capital, comulated capital input for per person less than 500 RMB yuan per capital and total comulated capital input less than 75 thousands RMB yuan, had higher total service efficiency;and multi-park disposition in a village had higher total service efficiency.
