摘要
环渤海区域有着无可替代的港口物流优势,目前正面临历史性的战略机遇,但产能过剩趋势也开始显现,区域内港口群急需资源整合,从单纯的竞争走向竞合,实现共赢。从区域环境分析,影响环渤海港口群竞合关系的关键性因素在国际层面主要是东北亚地区日、韩港口的挑战;国内层面主要是"双三角"港口群的竞争以及区域内本身存在的体制性障碍等方面。
Bohai Sea coastal region has irreplaceable advantages of the port logistics. It is now facing a historical period of strategic opportunity. But the trend of excess production capacity has begun to appear; and the port groups in the region needed resources restructured, so as to realize the transform from competition to co-opetition, and achieve a win-win situation. By analyzing the industrial environment, the crucial factors that impacting the regional groups competing ports relations are： the international port challenge in Northeast Asia： Japan and South Korea; domestic competition in the port from ＂double triangle＂ of the group, institutional obstacles in the region, and so on.
