摘要
目的:研究Rhoc和Survivin mRNA在肝细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:用荧光定量PCR技术检测82例根治性肝切除术HCC标本中Rhoc mRNA和Survivin mRNA的表达量,并与临床病理因素及术后无瘤生存期进行比较分析。结果:Rhoc和Survivin mRNA在HCC组织中的的表达量分别为1.18±0.77、0.18±0.49。Rhoc mR-NA表达量与结节数目、pTNM肿瘤分期相关,P<0.05。Survivin mRNA与各临床病理指标均无相关性,P>0.05。Rhoc mRNA与Survivin mRNA的表达无相关性(r=0.096,P>0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,Rhoc mRNA表达量、肿瘤直径和肝硬化是患者术后复发的独立风险因素。结论:Sur-vivin mRNA与HCC患者术后复发转移无关。RHOC mRNA高表达的HCC患者根治性肝切除术后有较高的复发率,RHOC mR-NA是HCC患者根治性肝切除术后复发的独立风险因素。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Rhoc and Survivin mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS: The expression of Rhoc and Survivin mRNA in 82 specimens of HCC was detected by real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. The correlations of them with clinical-pathological data,tumor-free time were compared and analyzed. RESULTS: The expression level of Rhoc and Survivin mRNA in HCC tissues were 1. 18 ± 0. 77 and 0. 18±0. 49. The expression level of Rhoc mRNA was correlated with number of tumors and pTNM stage (P〈0. 05) ,while the expression level of Survivin was associated with none of the clinical-patllological features (P〉0.05). No positive correlation was found between Rhoc and Surviving mRNA (r=0. 096,P〉0.05). Multivariate analysis revealed that the expression level of Rhoc mR NA, tumor size and cirrhosis were independent recurence risk factors in HCC. CONCLUSIONS: The expression level of Survivin mRNA is not corelated to the recurrence of HCC after curative hepatectomy. The high expression level of Rhoc mRNA indicate higher recurrence rate of HCC after curative hepatectomy, and Rhoc mRNA is a independent risk factor.
