摘要
目的:了解野战医疗所军医卫勤保障能力现状,为野战医疗所的人才选拔、素质教育等提供依据。方法:建立评价指标体系,成立评估小组,采用理论技能考核、个别谈话、突击拉练、查阅记录和量表测量等方法进行考核评估。结果:发现军医卫勤保障能力存在的薄弱环节,如战备观念不强、军事素质差、特种医学知识和心理卫生保健技能薄弱等。结论:野战医疗所军医卫勤保障能力评价体系对于评价和提高军医卫勤保障能力建设有重要意义。
Objective： To understand the medical support capacity of military surgeon in field medical station and provide effective reference for singling out talents and quality education. Methods： To develop evaluation index system and set up evaluation team. To evaluate by means of theory and technique test, personal talk, shock training, consulting note and gauge survey. Results： Some faults of military surgeon are found, such as the lack of battle preparation thought, low military quality, lake of special medicine knowledge and mentality care technique, etc. Conclusion： It is the evaluation index system that is important to access and improve the medical support capacity of field medical station.
