摘要
受实验操作技能和实验室条件的影响,一般本科院校的分子生物学实验教学面临极大挑战。文章从地方本科院校的实际出发,就分子生物学的实验内容选择、实验教学方法优化及实验教学效果评价等方面进行探讨,为分子生物学实验课程的不断完善提供理论依据。
It is a huge challenge for experimental teaching of molecular biology in common undergraduate colleges restricted by experiments1 skills and laboratory conditions. Based on the practical condition of local university, this paper discusses the selection of experimental contents, the optimization of teaching methods, and the evaluation of teaching effects in the hope of providing theory for the development of experimental course for molecular biology.
