腰椎间盘源性疼痛的临床特点与治疗 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症盘源性疼痛的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的62例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料(患者均有盘源性疼痛症状)。结果:经过治疗后,全部62例,痊愈45例,显效10例,有效5例,无效2例,总显效率为91.9%,总有效率为96.8%,不良反应少。结论:在腰椎间盘盘源性疼痛的治疗过程中,合理进行诊断与通过积极的护理干预,能缩短患者疼痛时间并减轻疼痛,并且患者能在愉快的气氛中缓解疼痛,从而提高疗效。
