摘要
合肥为安徽省省会城市,市域城镇人口270万,污水处理分为八大系统,成为产生大量的城市污水污泥的来源,目前其产量达500吨/天;其中既含有大量N、P等丰富的养分资源,并含有主要有Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cr、Hg、Cd等重金属、大量难降解的有机污染物、20%-30%的无机物和病原物、寄生虫卵等有害物质,处理后的污泥,含水率约80%左右,平均总菌数为4.55×108个/ml,pH值为6.31,干污泥的热值平均为10 350.54 J/g,约合2 476.21 kcal/kg,此外对挥发分、灰分和固定碳含量等指标也进行了测试。对污泥的无害化、减量化处理及资源化利用提出了多元综合处理的方式与途径。
Hefei is a capital of Anhui provincess and municipal population is 2. 7 million. The system of waste water management is divided eight systems. The source and output of municipal sludge was investigated. The yield of sludge was up to 500 tons/d. There were some metals and organic material in it such as Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Cr, Hg, Cd, organic nitrogen, phosphor, 20% ~ 30% inorganic material, pathogens and eggs of parasites etc. The moisture is about 80%. The aversge total bacterium is about 4. 55 × 108 cells/ml, pH is 6. 31 and average thermal value is 10350. 54 J/g, approximately 2 476. 21 kcal/kg and other basic properties such as volatile content, ash and fixed carbon were measured too. The synthetical methods of 3 R treatments for Hefei municipal sludge were put forward.
