摘要
首先从理论上分析了人力资本存量对经济增长的要素效应,并以安徽省17个地级市为研究对象,通过2000—2006年的面板数据建立生产函数,实证研究了安徽省各市人力资本在地区经济增长中的贡献率。实证结果表明:人力资本存量在C-D函数中的要素效应高于物质资本存量的要素效应,人力资本对物质资本的互补弹性大大高于物质资本对人力资本的互补弹性。
First of all, the thesis moves on to analyze the factor effects of human capital capacity meoretically. Moreover, taking 17 regions of Anhui province as research objects, the paper establishes the production function by panel data model to demonstrate the various contribution rates of different regional human capital capacity's influence on the growth of regional economies. The empirical study proves that the factor effects of human capital capacity are somewhat high in the C-D function, and uman capital's supplementary elasticity is much higher than the material capital's.
