摘要
针对两个正交试验设计优化工艺问题,应用零成分搜索法对其进行数据分析。对苦参碱聚丙烯酸树脂微球的制备工艺试验和荷叶黄酮的乙醇提取工艺试验数据进行了分析。从两个实例看出,零成分搜索法与传统优选法不仅结果保持一致,并且提供了更多关于试验的信息。
In this paper the author analyzed two optimization crafts of orthogonal experiment designs by using zero decomposition. Through data analysis of preparation experiment of matrine poly acrylic acid resin micro- spheres and experiment of flavonoid extraction from lotus leaves, it is not difficult to find that procedures of zero decomposition searching is consistant with the classical optimization in result and can provide much more information about the experiments
