摘要
目的建立实用、准确的游泳池水中尿素检测方法。方法加大标准系列浓度、缩小定容体积,提高吸光度值,从而扩大检测范围。结果改进后的方法检出限为0.08mg/L。当尿素含量在0.25~3.00mg/ml范围时,标准曲线线性关系良好,r=0.9997。分别测定高、中、低3个浓度的样品,进行7次重复测定,相对标准偏差为2.52%~7.99%,回收率为95.00%~100.70%。当游泳池中加入消毒剂(常用氯制剂)和抑制剂(硫酸铜抑制藻类植物生长)时,对尿素测定结果无干扰。结论改进后方法简便,回收率高,检测范围宽,完全符合实验要求。
Objective To establish a utility and shortcut method for determining urea in swimming water. Methods The detection range was widened by increasing the concentrations of the standard series, decreasing the metered volume and improving the absorbance values. Results The limit of detection of the improved method was 0.080 mg/L. The standard curve was excellently linear (r=0.9997) when the content of urea was in the range 0.25-3.00 mg/L. The coefficient of variability was 2.52-7.99% and the recovery was 95.00-100. 70% for seven repeated determinations of samples with low, medium and high concentrations. Addition of disinfectants (commonly used chlorine preparations) or algal growth inhibitors (copper sulfate) had no interference with the urea determination results. Conclusion The improved method and with this method the result is more accurate in practice and the process is more convenient.
