氨气敏电极法测定游泳池水中的尿素含量 被引量:1

Determination of urea in swimming pool water by ammonia gas sensor electrode method

摘要 目的:建立一种简便、快速、准确的游泳池水中尿素测定的新方法。方法:在游泳池水样中加入脲酶,使尿素分解产生氨,产生的氨用氨气敏电极测定,测定得到的电势值E与尿素浓度对数值成正比,通过作标准曲线获得尿素含量。结果:新建立的氨气敏电极法线性范围0.00~2.90 mg/L,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为2.8%。将所建立的新方法用于实际游泳池水样的测定,结果与国标法吻合。结论:氨气敏电极法操作简便、结果准确,适合实际样品测定。 Objective:To establish a simple,rapid and accurate method for the analysis of urea in the swimming pools.Methods:In the swimming pool water by adding urease decomposition of urea to make ammonia,and the ammonia was determined by ammonia electrode.The logarithm of the urea concentration was proportional to the voltage value E,so the urea concentration could be acquired through the Standard curve.Results:The method was liner in the range of 0.00~2.90 mg/L,the average rate of recovery was 98.6%,and the RSD was 2.8%.The method has been applied to determination of urea in the actual sample and the results were agreed with those obtained by the GB method.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and suitable for actual application.
