摘要
从认知角度对隐喻的研究是对修辞领域隐喻研究思路的突破,Lakoff&Johnson(1980,1999)、Lakoff(1987)对隐喻的研究掀起了语言认知研究的高潮。本文以认知语言学为视角,以方位词涉及的概念隐喻为切入点,具体分析了空间隐喻普遍性、体验性、民族性、层级性、连贯性和多样性的本质特征,提出了空间隐喻是语言外系统和语言内系统共同作用产物的观点。本文研究的意义在于,不仅论证隐喻作为人类思维方式的观点,而且系统地讨论了空间隐喻的六大本质特征。
From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, the paper focuses on the non - spatial metaphorical meanings of orienrational words, analyzes their essential features of universality, embodiment, nationality, hierarchy, coherence and diversity, and proposes the viewpoint that orientational metaphors are the synthetic effect of the internal linguistic system and the external linguistic system.
