摘要
从农村非农产业发展历程及特征入手,探讨了农村非农产业发展的现状和特征以及农村非农产业扩容发展对农民工资性收入增长的推进效应,深入分析了当前农村非农产业发展中存在的突出问题,坚持"多予、少取、放活"的方针,提出了加快农村非农产业扩容发展的对策建议。
The status and characters of the development of rural non-agricultural industries, and the propulsive effects of the expand development of rural non-agricultural industries on increasing the peasants＇ salary incomes are discussed in view of the development course and characters of rural non-agricultural industries. The outstanding problems are deeply analyzed. The suggestions are put forward to promote the expand development of rural non-agricultural industries.
