摘要
从中医药治疗慢性胃炎病理变化、胃液生化、胃肠肽类激素、幽门螺杆菌、辨证论治的角度,综述了5年来中医药治疗慢性胃炎的实验与临床研究进展。指出应用统一动物模型制作标准和临床辨证分型、疗效标准,运用现代分子生物学手段,深入中医药的横向比较实验和提高临床疗效研究,充分体现中医特色。
The paper reviewed the study recent condition in experiment and clinical of chronic gastritis treated by the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） from which includes pathomorphology, gastric juice biochemistry, gastrointestinal peptide, Helicobacter pylori （H.pylori） , to diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis symptoms and signs. Now this article summarizes the remarkable results in research advancement of chronic gastritis by the TCM in recent five years. And the anther suggested that animal model standard should be unified and clinical diagnosis treatment divided type based on overall analysis symptoms signs, clinical effect standard should be unified. And the regularity compared crossing between experiments, improved clinical effect study of the TCM should be studied by modern molecularbiology, and characteristic of TCM should be full displayed.
