摘要
高校辅导员是高等学校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。加强辅导员队伍建设,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育和维护高校稳定的重要组织保证和长效机制。但目前辅导员队伍建设,还存在着职责定位不准确、评价激励机制不科学、队伍建设缺少长远性、制度性、规范性等问题,制约了辅导员队伍的建设与发展。这就迫切需要我们反思发展障碍,从明确岗位职责、完善考核评估机制、强化培养机制等方面着手进行改革,为辅导员队伍向专家型,职业化发展提供有效途径。
College counselors are engaged in moral education in colleges and universities ,the ideological and political education to carry out the 'backbone,the guidance of the healthy growth of students. Counselors to strengthen the building, is to strengthen and improve ideological and political education and maintenance of an important organization of colleges and universities to ensure stability and long-term mechanism. However,for team-building instructor, there are also problems, such as inaccurate duty position, unscientific evaluation of in- centive mechanism ,the lack of long-term team-building,institutional ,regulatory and other issues ,the counselor constraints of the construction and development teams. We are urgently required to reconsider profoundly about the obstacle of development. By making clear our responsibilities ,perfecting our check-up system ,and consoli- dating our system of training the talented etc. we are trying to look for effective approaches to help our supervi- sors to be expert and professional.
