合成了一个新的配位聚合物{[Co(2-OPA)2(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2]·6H2O}n(2-OPA-为2-氧-1(4H)-吡啶氮乙酸钴,并对其进行了元素分析、IR光谱和单晶X射线的表征。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为PT,晶胞参数为a=0.85666(17)nm,b=0.85958(17)nm,c=1.1422(2)nm,α=69.64(3)°,β=68.35(3)°,γ=74.88(3)°。V=0.7244(3)nm3,Z=1,最终R=0.0644,wR=0.1598。每个钴原子位于反演中心具有六配位八面体的构型,分别与2个不同的2-OPA-配体中的羧基氧原子和2个配位水分子中的氧原子,以及4,4'-bipy配体中的两个氮原子配位,形成了一维线性链结构,相邻的Co…Co原子之间的距离为1.1422(2)nm。
A coordination polymer {[Co(2-OPA)2(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2] ·6H2O)n (2-OPA- = 2-oxo-1 (4H)-pyridineacetate anion) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. This complex is triclinic crystal, its space group is PT, with unit cell parameters of a=0.85666(17) nm, b=0.85958(17) nm, c=1.1422(2) nm, α=69.64(3)°, β=68.35(3)°, γ=74.88(3)° and V=0.7244(3) nm^3, Z=1, R=0.0644, wR=0.1598. Each Co atom occupies a special position of inversion center and has an octahedral coordination environment, and forms a onedimensional linetype chain structure with two carboxyl O atoms from two 2-OPA- ligands, two N atoms from two 4,4'-bipy ligands and two O atoms from water molecules. The distance between adjacent Co… Co is 1.1422(2) nm.
