摘要
以陕西省竞技体操队为研究对象,以核心竞争力理论为基础,对陕西省竞技体操队核心竞争力的影响因素进行分析,构建了陕西省竞技体操队核心竞争力评价的指标体系。通过对陕西省竞技体操队核心竞争力评价体系实证分析表明,建立的陕西省竞技体操队核心竞争力评价体系有效。
This article took the athletic gymnastics team of Shaanxi as the object of study, based on the core competencies theories, analyzed the basic characteristic of core competencies of athletic gymnastics, and constructed the evaluation index system of core competencies of Shaanxi athletic gymnastics team. Then the evaluation index system of core competencies was used and demonstrated valid.
