摘要
船舶减摇水舱试验台架是研究和设计减摇水舱的重要试验设备,能否准确的模拟船舶在海浪中的运动是设计试验台架的关键.设计了用于驱动船舶减摇水舱试验台架的电液力矩伺服控制系统,引入神经网络结构补偿的PID方法来实现PID的参数整定。
The examination platform of ship anti-rolling tank is the important test facility of studying and designing the anti-rolling tank. The key point of the design is to simulate the wave movement precisely. This paper designed a control system of electro-hydraulic moment servo to drive the examination platform, and that the neural network structural PID was adopted to achieve PID parameter setting. Simulation results indicated that the control performance of the system with neural network structural PID was superior to those of traditional PID method.
