摘要
电大开放教育辅导员应具备一定的计算机操作能力、宣传引导能力、沟通协调能力和班级管理能力。在教育教学过程中,需要不断强化现代教育观念与职业意识,注重能力培养,提高自身素质,全面提升服务质量。
Tutors in open education of RTVU should have a certain ability to operate computer networks, the competence to guide and communicate with students and the capability of class management. In the course of teaching, tutors should update modern educational ideas and professional consciousness along with the emphasis on ability cultivation and quality improvement in order to perfect their service.
