本文具体分析了开放存取运动给图书馆数字参考咨询服务带来的积极影响及挑战,提出了在开放存取环境下,图书馆数字参考咨询服务工作应采取的措施。
This essay makes a concrete analysis of the positive influence and challenges that open access brings to libraries, and puts forward some countermeasures to be adopted by libraries in the reference service under the environment of open access.
