摘要
本文从长期保存角度分析了图书馆与开放存取之间的关系,提出了图书馆进行开放存取资源长期保存需要注意的几个方面因素,包括资源的选择、长期保存的技术框架、相关法律责任、经费预算、合作机制,并介绍了e-Depot、Lockss、开放文库等几个典型项目。
This paper analyzes the relationship between libraries and OA （Open Access） resources from the perspective of long-term preservation. Meanwhile, it proposes several factors that libraries should pay attention to when they permanently preserve the OA resources, including selection of resources, technique framework of the long-term preservation, related legal responsibilities, budgets, cooperation issues and so on. Furthermore, it introduces several typical projects as well, such as e-Depot, Lockss and Open Access Repository.
