摘要
对汽车挡泥板进行冲裁工艺分析并确定冲裁方案,说明了模具主要零部件的设计和选用。以UG为平台,利用三维参数化设计与建模技术,对汽车挡泥板的冲压模具进行三维参数化造型设计,可以根据需要改变模具的尺寸;进行虚拟装配,可以直观地观察和分析模具的结构以及零件的相互位置关系;加快了产品开发速度,提高了产品开发效率,缩短了产品开发周期。
Blanking process analysis of fender is completed and blanking proposal is decided, and designing and selecting of main parts of die are showed. Based on UG, three-dimensional parameterization molding designing for fender is completed with technology of three-dimensional parameterization designing and model building, and dimensions of die can be changed as required; by virtual assembly, structure of die and relation of mutual alignment can be observed and analyzed directly; the product rate of development is accelerated and product development cycle is shortened.
