隔板复合模加工工艺由落料、成形、冲孔和压印四道工艺复合而成。在模具中应用了聚氨酯橡胶作为成形零件,使得模具结构简单。在文章中对于制件加工的工艺性和模具的结构作了比较详细的叙述。
Baffle compound processing technology is made up of four step processing, including blanking, forming, punching-hole and embossing. PU rubber is used as forming part in die. It makes die structure concise. The process ability of parts and die structure are elaborated in the paper.
