摘要 为简单有效地快速识别铝合金脉冲MIG焊过程稳定性,运用电压信号近似熵来进行对铝合金脉冲MIG焊过程稳定性模式的识别。通过获取不同焊接过程的电压信号,利用近似熵理论分析电压信号,并提取特征向量,对所获得的特征向量采用支持向量机(SVM)方法进行模式识别,成功地识别了不同的铝合金脉冲MIG焊接过程的稳定性。 In order to do rapid recognition for the stability of the process of aluminum alloy pulsed MIG welding simply and effectively, research using approximate entropy of welding voltage to do welding stability pattern recognition.Through obtaining welding voltage signals of different parameters, analysing welding voltage signals by approximate entropy and extracting eigenvector, then doing pattern recognition to the obtained eigenvector by Support Vector Machine(SVM),we can succeed in recognizing the stability of the process of aluminum alloy pulsed MIG welding.
