摘要
目的:分析引起地高辛中毒的相关因素。方法:30例接受地高辛治疗的心衰患者,风湿性心脏病2例,冠心病6例,高血压性心脏病5例,扩张型心肌病6例,先天性心脏病2例,肺源性心脏病9例,对导致地高辛中毒的因素进行分析。结果:地高辛中毒与年龄,缺氧等有关,30例病例均全部早期发现,临床治愈。结论:使用地高辛时对易导致中毒的高危人群应及时监测血药浓度,调整剂量,以保证疗效,防止中毒。
Objective： To explore the causes in Digaoxin toxicosis of Heart failure patients. Methods：To select 30 Heart failure patients, in which two patients of Rheumatic heart disease, six patients of Coronary Heart Disease, five patients of Hypertensive heart disease, six patients of Dilated cardiomyopathy, two patients of Congenital heart disease and nine patients of Pulmonary Heart Disease. Results：Digaoxin toxicosis are related with age and oxygen deficit and so on. All patients attain early detection and clinical cure. Conclusion ： To monitor the concentration of Digaoxin in high risk group is very important.
